About Snuglet

What is Snuglet London?

Snuglet London is a babywear brand inspired by the little moments that make childhood so special. We create thoughtfully designed baby clothing, brought to life through playful prints, little stories and the everyday magic of childhood.

What makes Snuglet sleepsuits special?

Our sleepsuits are designed with little ones and their everyday adventures in mind. They feature playful prints, soft and stretchy fabric, a two-way zip for convenient changes, foldover mitts and feet, and no back neck tags.

What are your sleepsuits made from?

Our launch sleepsuits are made from 95% bamboo-derived viscose and 5% elastane. Please refer to the individual product page and garment care label for product-specific information.

What sizes do you offer?

Our initial collection is available in 0–3 months, 3–6 months and 6–12 months, subject to availability. Please check the individual product page for the sizes currently in stock.

How do I choose the right size?

Babies grow at their own pace, so we recommend checking the garment measurements below before choosing a size.

Orders and Delivery

Do you offer local collection?

Yes! We offer free local collection in Woolwich, SE18, by prior arrangement.

Select “Free Collection - Woolwich SE18, London” at checkout if you can collect from this area. After your order is placed, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time and agree on a public meeting place.

Please wait for our confirmation before travelling. This option is intended for local customers and is not a delivery service.

Where do you deliver?

How much does delivery cost?

When will my order arrive?

We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and your delivery address. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for further information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We’ll do our best to help if it has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is being processed or has been sent. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

How can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your selected delivery service, we’ll share the relevant tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for details on how to return an item, applicable timeframes and refund arrangements. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our returns policy.

What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?

We’re sorry if something isn’t right. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll help you with the next steps. Your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Caring for Your Sleepsuit

How should I wash my sleepsuit?

Our sleepsuits are made from soft stretchy bamboo blend. To help kep the fabric and playful prints looking their best, we recommend:

  • Wash cold with similar colours
  • Turn inside out before washing to help protect the print
  • Dry flat to maintain shape
  • avoid bleach and harsh whitening products
  • Please follow the washing and care instructions on the garment label.
  • Following the recommended instructions will help you care for the fabric and print.
